杨廷忠， 浙江大学医学部控烟研究中心教授、主任。美国西佛吉尼亚大学伤害控制研究中心研究职员。曾任世界卫生组织健康专业学生控烟政策与方案研讨咨询专家。从事基于证据和理论驱动的卫生政策和政策倡导促动研究。五年来已完成多项国际招标研究课题，发表论文41篇，其中第一作者或通讯作者发表的英文论文19篇，有的论文被世界卫生组织《全球控烟报告》等国际组织的官方和技术文件所引用。担任American Journal of Health Behavior亚洲编审（Asian
Editor）,Tobacco Control, Alcohol and Drug Review, Health
Education Research, Social Psychiatry and Psychiatric Epidemiology等20多个杂志的审稿人。
